Connie is a 500 hour certified yoga and movement teacher who has been training and sharing her passion for over 6 years. From soul-quenching classes across Scotland, to the picturesque bamboo shalas of Bali - the place she now calls home.
Connie’s style of yoga encourages an experience of body, mind and soul connection. Influenced by her teachers and travels around Asia; she brings a unique approach to yoga that leaves you feeling refreshed, nourished and rejuvenated
