A guide into the world of meditation....

What is meditation?

"Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation is practiced in numerous religious traditions."

Join Pam for a 2 & 1/2hr workshop where she explains, a little about her journey into meditation and why she feels it should be an integral part of everyday living.

"Meditation can be translated into many things, for me personally it's the ability to connect with self on a deeper level, a form of deep relaxation."

Within this workshop you will gain knowledge on how to introduce meditation into your life, implementing some mindful practices into daily living aswell as being guided through a gentle meditation practice.

Comfortable clothing is essential, yoga mats, cozy blankets aswell as light refreshments such as water and herbal tea will be provided however if you would feel more comfortable bringing your own, you are more than welcome too.
